Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid programs and courses offered by CSWR through IOLEE Ecosystem Ltd. (Sofia, Bulgaria), including journeys, practitioner, and facilitator trainings.

1. Withdrawal before a program begins
A participant who needs to cancel before a program starts is invited to notify CSWR as early as possible at admission@wholenessresearch.org. Because program circumstances vary widely, refund eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis with compassionate attention to the individual's situation.
2. Withdrawal during a program
If a participant needs to withdraw after a program has begun, CSWR may offer a pro-rated adjustment or credit toward a future program, depending on how far the program has progressed and the circumstances of withdrawal.
3. Force majeure and exceptional circumstances
In cases of illness, family emergency, or other significant life events, CSWR may waive standard expectations and extend credit or a partial refund. Documentation may be requested at CSWR's discretion.
4. Program cancellation by CSWR
If CSWR cancels a program, participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer enrollment to a future offering.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 14–30 days.
