1. Information that may be collected
Contact-form data: name, email address, and message content submitted through the site contact form or WhatsApp. Program-participant data: name, email, payment confirmation details, and intake information shared during enrollment in journeys, practitioner, or facilitator programs. Intake may include somatic or experiential context the participant voluntarily offers. Newsletter data: email address subscribed to receive updates and announcements.
2. How information may be used
To respond to inquiries and provide requested information. To administer enrollment, communication, and support for programs and courses. To deliver newsletters and announcements; subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. To fulfill legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing may rest on consent, contract performance (program enrollment), or legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. Sensitive health-related intake details, when voluntarily provided, are processed only with explicit consent for the purpose of program support.
4. Sharing
Personal information is not sold. It may be shared with facilitators and program staff directly involved in delivering a program the participant enrolled in; service providers (e.g., email delivery, payment processors) under appropriate data-protection terms; and authorities where required by law.
5. International transfers
As an international organization, data may be processed outside the country of collection, including within the EU and with providers located elsewhere. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
6. Retention
Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose described or as required by law. Program records may be retained for the duration of the program plus a reasonable administrative period.
7. Data-subject rights
Individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, and may withdraw consent or object to processing. Requests may be sent to info@wholenessresearch.org.
8. Security
Reasonable organizational and technical measures are maintained to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
