Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the website and participation in the programs and services offered by CSWR, operating through IOLEE Ecosystem Ltd. (Sofia, Bulgaria). By using this site or enrolling in a program, a visitor accepts these terms. They may be updated from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

1. Nature of the services
CSWR offers informational content, guided journeys, practitioner and facilitator trainings, and access to the HEAL Companion AI. These services are offered as inner-development and educational tools; they are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Participation may require an account with accurate, current information. Participants should be of legal age or have the consent of a guardian. CSWR may suspend or close an account that is misused, is used to harm others, or violates these terms.
3. Program enrollment and payment
Enrollment in paid programs is confirmed upon payment and acceptance. Fees, schedules, and availability are described for each program and may change. Withdrawal and refund conditions are described in the Cancellation policy. A place in a program is personal to the participant and may not be transferred without consent.
4. Responsible use and conduct
A participant is invited to engage honestly and respectfully, to honor the confidentiality of others, and to use the HEAL Companion AI as a reflective companion rather than as a source of certainty. Harassment, sharing of private information without consent, and disruptive conduct may lead to removal from a program.
5. Intellectual property
Content on this website and in the programs, including texts, images, the HEAL framework and its materials, remains the property of CSWR or its licensors. A participant may use materials for personal, non-commercial learning and may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without permission. The HEAL Public License may apply to specified materials.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Services are offered in good faith as educational and reflective tools. To the extent permitted by law, CSWR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or participation in a program. A participant remains responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions, and is encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when needed.
7. Changes to these terms
CSWR may update these terms to reflect changes in its services, legal obligations, or practices. Material changes are noted on this page. Continued use of the site or a program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
