A wisdom laboratory

Theory and lived practice can meet here as one continuum, held with rigour and with warmth.

A person in deep meditation, eyes half-open in content stillness — the body as a living laboratory

The approach rests on an iterative process of heuristic discovery and systemisation. The human body is treated as a 'living laboratory' through participatory first-person action research. Instead of studying subjective experience from a cold third-person distance, researcher and participant alike are trained to decode the dynamics of language and bodily sensation in real time. Patterns of the neuroendocrine system can then be mapped onto the connective tissues, so inner and outer experience may be understood as a single self-adaptive continuum.
