Foundations of self-adaptive wholeness research
For polymaths, academics, researchers, therapists, and anyone interested; sensing where rigour and lived experience may meet.
History
Born in 2001 from a personal journey of self-discovery and trauma resolution by Carlo Giovanni Monsanto, the HEAL framework has evolved from an intuitive mentoring practice—with an initial 30% accuracy rate—into a flow language, attentional calibration practice, and somatic decoding methodology reaching near 100% accuracy in 2025. It has been validated through participatory first-person research with citizen scientists across multiple continents and qualitatively evaluated in collaboration with the Laszlo Institute of New Paradigm Research in Italy (2022), the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) (2022) in the USA, and the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco (2019) in Portugal. Furthermore, we have facilitated professional development programs for educators from different institutions in Curaçao (2008–2009) and group workshops for educators in the Netherlands (2010–2012), at the University of Aruba (2013) and the Instituto Pedagógico Arubano (2013). From 2010 onwards, we have facilitated experiential journeys, professional development programs for professionals, and facilitator trainings. From 2016 to 2018, we facilitated workshops and trainings in the United States. In 2019 we founded IOLEE Ecosystem Corp. in New York, and in 2024 we moved operations to Sofia, Bulgaria. In 2026, we founded the Center for Self-Adaptive Wholeness Research (CSWR) to scale our work internationally.
